Case Study 1

The Problem: My client was concerned that their organisation’s comms team wasn’t focusing on the right priorities.

Solution: I carried out a review of how they were communicating and gained a good understanding of what was working and what wasn’t. I worked with the C-Suite to understand the organisation’s goals and translated this into tangible comms objectives.

I drafted a strategy setting out how we would reach those objectives and a delivery workplan. At the same time I worked with the comms team to skill them up and introduced a planning framework to enable them to achieve.
