Hello, with nearly 20 years experience working at Senior Leadership and Board level and as a consultant for large, complex organisations, I can help you improve the way your organisation communicates.
I have helped dozens of clients prioritise what is important and drafted communications strategies and plans.
I have improved communications teams through mentoring, training and development and have extensive experience of the restructuring process. And I undertake interim comms management contracts, particularly when there is a problem to solve.
For every client I work with, when I leave the team is in a much better position than when I started.
